What are the delivery charges?

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email or SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

When will my payment be charged?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before the customization or production process begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
