Non-Personalized Products

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

You can also track your order through your One Giftee account (if applicable).
5. Delivery Partners

Our delivery partners may vary depending on your location.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Recipient unavailable
- Invalid contact number
the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address includes:
- Full Name
- House/Flat Number
- Street Address
- Landmark (if any)
- City
- State
- PIN Code
- Mobile Number
One Giftee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Delays in Shipping

9. Damaged Packages

We’ll review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
10. Personalized Products
Personalized items require additional production time.
Please allow extra processing time before shipment, especially during festive seasons or sale events.
11. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for selected products and serviceable locations.
COD availability will be displayed during checkout.
12. International Shipping
Currently, One Giftee ships only within India.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
13. Shipping Restrictions
Some locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, our support team will contact you regarding available options.

If your order appears to be lost during transit, please contact us with your order number.
