At One Giftee, every gift is carefully prepared with love and attention to detail. Many of our products are personalized specifically for you, making them unique and one-of-a-kind.

1. Personalized Products

Because personalized products are custom-made according to your uploaded photos, names, messages, or design preferences, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:
  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The customization does not match the information you provided in your order.

2. Non-Personalized Products

Non-customized products may be eligible for return if:
  • They are unused and in their original condition.
  • The original packaging is intact.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is not part of a clearance or special sale.

After inspection, eligible returns may be approved for a replacement or refund.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share your order number.
  • Upload clear photos of:
    • The product.
    • The packaging.
    • The shipping label.

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.


4. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we may offer:
  • A free replacement.
  • A replacement for the damaged item only.
  • Another suitable solution based on the situation.

Replacement orders are processed as quickly as possible.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when:
  • A replacement is not available.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled.
  • A refund has been approved after review.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before production or personalization begins.

Once your personalized gift enters the production stage, cancellations are no longer possible.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


7. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Personalized products.
  • Customized gifts.
  • Gift cards (if offered).
  • Digital products or downloadable items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging (for eligible returns).

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For approved returns of non-personalized products due to customer preference, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.


9. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
  • Inspection: 2–3 business days
  • Refund Approval: 1–2 business days
  • Bank Processing: 5–10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


10. Order Refusal

Orders may not qualify for refunds if:
  • Incorrect personalization details were provided by the customer.
  • Low-quality images uploaded by the customer resulted in poor print quality.
  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
  • Delivery failed because the recipient was unavailable.
